Accordion breath. Breathe in and out like an accordion going in and out. Pretend that you are holding a small six-inch-by-six-inch concertina accordion in your hands. Breathe in and out with it as you pull and push the accordion in and out. Do this until your breath is in harmony with the action of the accordion. Then place the accordion over some part of your body that has a pain. Like your knee. Breathe in and out as you play your imaginary accordion over and through your knee. Let the accordion breathe your knee. Let your knee breathe the accordion. Try it with any part of your body that hurts. Do this for five minutes. Only do this on parts of your body that you can easily reach. For other parts, use the lasso.
