Feel, Breathe and Release
When someone is going into self-judgement about their anger, they are really suppressing what is coming up to be released. The anger is coming up to be released. The shame is coming up to leave. So, feel, breathe, and release. Try seeing through the lens of divinity and awareness. Then breath, feel, and release.
I notice that sometimes the anger of other people is still affecting me. It is affecting me because I am still willing to be affected. I can let go of being affected by anything when I am willing to first feel the anger or whatever emotion is there, and then take a few deep breaths. And then I allow myself to release the emotion. I feel it until I don’t. Deep breaths allow me to feel it longer and this eases the act of releasing.
Ask yourself how God or Source would feel about this. Then feel, breathe, and release.

Gratitude
I woke up at 4:30 a.m. this morning and decided it was too early to get up. So, I decided to run gratitude on “The Six Principles” as taught by Rikka Zimmerman. Briefly (with her permission), these are
1 Thank you for everything being in love.
2 Thank you for being whole and complete.
3 Thank you for being fully supported by God.
4 Thank you for being seen and heard by God
5 Thank you for infinite possibilities.
6 Thank you for everything already being done.
Then I decided to run the principles on seeing energy. Then I realized that seeing occurs when we are simply being love. I decided to breathe myself and then breathe “the other” (everyone else on earth). I did this until there was no separation between me and the other.
Breathing the Chakras
I wondered what would happen if I breathed my chakras. So, I started to breathe the root chakra. Then the sacral. Then the power chakra. I waited and took a few breaths. Then I breathed my heart chakra. I breathed my throat chakra. I wondered why I hadn’t done this before. I was having trouble with my TMJ, and so I wondered Why don’t I just breathe that area? So, I did. I woke up partially because I was in a great deal of pain with my TMJ. Then I breathed my third eye. And my crown. I also breathed a few more chakras above my crown and a few going down into the earth below my feet.
So, what does Breathing the Chakras mean? It means taking a breath and feeling who you are and then breathing into the chakra to discover what its energy is. Then breathing yourself and that chakra until you and it are not separate. You are the same. I did this with each chakra and then I moved on to the next.
I have often breathed other people and myself. I did this with my hugs. But now I am thinking of breathing objects. I wondered, what would it be like if I breathed a log or a tree? We often say, feel into that object to become it. But when I previously reached out to it with my mind, the exercise only partially worked. When I invited the object into my breath and breathed it and myself alternately, I found that we became one. Or I became it.
I decided to breathe Jade. As I breathed the jade, I felt being held by the earth in a seam. Being loved by the earth in its support. And then being taken out. And harvested. This was a jade journey. And then after many years the jade ended up on my finger. Given to me by my husband with love. I love my jade wedding ring.
Try breathing a gemstone. Pick one that you are familiar with, maybe one you like to wear. Then breathe yourself and breathe it until you become one with it. Wonder what it is like to be that gemstone. Go on a gemstone journey with your breath.
The dragon breathes fire.
The breath is our connection to the divine.
The breath is truly a remarkable thing. We can heal with the breath, create awareness, and join with God. We can focus our intention. We can increase our power. What if every breath were the breath of God? How? Imagine it to be so. Know that it is so and breathe. It is so. So, every time you breathe, you feel the delicious light that is God. It tingles everywhere and every cell vibrates with the song of God. What will you co-create? Where will you direct your breath?
Techniques for Awareness through your Breath
- Breathing the chakras. Take a deep breath and feel who you are and then take a deep breath into each chakra starting at the root and working your way up to the crown chakra to discover what each chakra’s energy is. Then breathe yourself and breathe that chakra until you and it are not separate. You are the same. Do this with each chakra and then move on to the next one.
- Breathe a gemstone. Use the same technique as breathing the chakras. Breathe yourself and breathe the gemstone until you merge.
- Feel, breathe, and release. Try seeing a negative feeling such as anger or sadness through the lens of divinity and awareness. First, you feel it. Then you take a deep breath and let it go.
- Breathe the breath of God. Breathe yourself and then breathe God. Do this until there is only one of you.
