Co-creation through intention
We get what we think about and what we feel. Our feelings are like rocket fuel. They intensify our thoughts. The universe reflects back our thoughts with what surrounds us. The conditions of our life are in response to the direction and content of our thoughts and actions. Our actions are a result of our thoughts.
But how do we control our thoughts and direct them where we would like them to go? And are our thoughts even ours. Or are we simply thinking what is going on in the community or world around us. Can the community or friends around us influence what we are thinking? Or are we thinking what our parents taught us to think? We call that the socializations process used when we were growing up. But it continues through our adult life and into the future. We have the ability to choose our thoughts. How? By redirecting them when we realize that they are not in alignment with want we truly want.
The energy of intention reflects our thoughts whether we want it to or not. We think lack and we see more lack. We think not good enough and we see more examples of not good enough around us. We think poor health and we see examples of that around us also.
So, isn’t it time to realign our thoughts to what we do want instead of what we don’t want? Even as we see what we don’t want in front of us.
Intention is aligned through focused awareness. Direct it toward what you do want. This is co-creation with the universe.
