Wellness does bring Peace to our lives. If you want more peace, get more wellness. If you want more wellness, get more Peace. So, which comes first? Deal with wherever you are right now. If you are already at Peace, then bring that peace into every part of your body. If you are well but feel that you are struggling with some part of your life. Then bring that absolute wellness into that part of your life where you are struggling. Ask yourself, what does wellness feel like? What does health feel like? Bring that feeling into the part of your life that is struggling.
Ask yourself what does Peace feel like? Bring that sense of ease and already done into your body. Bring it into the part of your body that is distressing you.
Peace through Gratitude
From Dragon to Dragon Fly, the dragon breathes fire. He cleanses and there is a rebirth. The breath is a rebirthing tool. It also regulates our lives. And it gives us life. It calms us when we are anxious. We can do seven second breathing. Breathe in for seven seconds and out for seven seconds. Do this five times. That calms and regulates our breathing.
When we regulate our breathing, we regulate our emotions. We slow everything down. We can change from anxiety to peace. With our breath we can ease our struggle. We can pause and look at we what we are doing and then start again having let go of the need to struggle. And then we can simply perform the act we had been struggling with but without the struggle.
We can also cleanse our beliefs and past history with our breath. Conscious breathing as in a whole circular breath done for thirty minutes with a breath work coach can clean out any past limitations in the form of beliefs or emotions that we are hanging on to.
How does our breath relate to caring? Our breath brings us a state of peace. And from that place we can offer empathy. Caring is allowing another to experience the journey that they need to in order to step forward. It is allowing ourselves to experience what we need to in order to step forward. Caring is about allowance. Allowance with kindness and encouragement.
We are kind because we are not harsh in our assessment and interaction with another. It is how we interact with another that is important. We act with kindness. We act with love. We act with complete allowance of everything that has gone on to date. That is where communication comes into the mix.
Techniques for Peace and wellness
- Glowing Health. Ask yourself, what does wellness feel like? What does health feel like? Bring that feeling into the part of your life that is struggling. See health as glowing and vigorous. Then bring glowing and vigorous into your wealth or your relationship. Bring it where you need it. Bring it to wherever you struggle.
- Cell Ease. Ask yourself what does Peace feel like? Bring that sense of ease and already done into your body. Bring it into the part of your body that is distressing you. Bring it into every cell of your body.
- Seven Seconds Breathing. Breathe in for seven seconds and out for seven seconds. Do this five times. This will calm you.
Now you have a choice.
