Fear and Anxiety
Fear keeps you in a vibrational box.
Your heart races, your breathing is fast. You tell yourself it is fear. If we believe that it’s fear, then that’s what we get. If we believe it’s painful, then that’s what we get. It’s just more energy. Expand yourself out. The fear disappears. If it disappears that easily, how real was it to begin with?
Fear and anxiety are too much energy flowing through you. Open yourself up bigger. Expand out and move beyond the fear. Panic is no longer panic. Look at terror. Be bigger and breathe. Look at all of it. You are all of it. It is just energy. Everything is easy and easy is not a judgeable offense. Stress! What’s on the other side of this?
Energy won’t kill you. You are the energy that you feel. Then why not expand into it? Try delivering the whole story about fear into a bubble. Then blow the bubbles away like a child with a bottle full of bubble juice and a little round wand with a hole in it for the bubbles to go out. Send the bubbles with the fear and anxiety contained in them out into the universe with your breath. Release fear back to where it came from. It isn’t even yours to begin with. It just floats out there in the environment, and you find it. Let it go.
Try delivering the whole story about fear into a bubble.
We try to use control to knock down fear. When the control freak shows up, no amount of information can fix it. Embrace that control freak part of you until it disappears. Analysis and the need to control will never be enough. Come back to the breath. The breath is your friend. Everything that is coming up is just coming up to leave. Embrace it, and observe. Don’t judge it. Is it a fear that is coming up, or is it a fear that is leaving? Fear is just coming up to leave.
Whatever we want for someone else, we really want for ourselves. When trying to change others, we should ask: What am I trying to get from this? We should give it to ourselves first. Do we want Fun? Or Joy? Whatever we are trying to give or get for ourselves, know that we already have it. We don’t have to give or get it. We can rest in knowing that we already have it.
When you let others try to control you, allow it but don’t believe in it. Eventually they give up when you don’t believe in their control. Control doesn’t even exist. Don’t realign with other peoples ’limitations as they talk.
When you point yourself at fear, it can be dissolved with love. When you point yourself at love, fear doesn’t exist.
Techniques for letting go of Fear
Mirror work. Look into a mirror and tell your little one what she/he needs to hear. Ask her, What do you need to hear about this? Listen. And then tell her what she needs to hear. The answer will be something like: “I love you. I will keep you safe. You are beautiful.” Look into your left eye in the mirror and tell her what she needs to hear.
The Bubble. Let go of your fear into a bubble. Either a real bubble from a jar of bubbles or an imaginary one. Take the story around the fear you feel and place that story into a bubble. Watch it as it sails away and eventually bursts. Do this as often as necessary until the fear is gone.
Expand out. Expand out into the energy you feel. If it’s fear, then expand out past the feeling until you have left the feeling behind and it is very tiny. Keep expanding until you are as big as the universe. Do this until you can no longer find the fear that you left behind.My Free Joy guide
