The art of receiving
Most healers are empaths and they can easily take on the emotions of others. This is what makes them good healers. Empaths sometimes believe that the emotions of others are their own. Like when I thought I was feeling the frustration of taking care of my mother when I was actually feeling her frustration of being in pain at the age of 93. It was her frustration I was feeling and not mine in taking care of her. It’s easy to confuse the feelings of another with your own, especially for empaths. We need to be aware of what another is feeling. But we don’t have to take it on and we don’t want to confuse it with our own.
One way to know the difference is to ask the question. Is this a feeling that I choose to feel? If not, then it is probably the feeling of someone else. If the answer is yes. then enjoy it or let it go.
To be on the new earth we must be in it from a different place. We have to move into this other place. How? We embody our soul’s vibration. When working with another, we hold the space for them to experience the soul or God experience.
We and they need to stay open to receive. Say. I now choose to receive…Love. We create the new world in the quantum not in the thinking world. When we consciously breathe, we integrate the light of that world into the body.
Then we let the energy state hold us. We don’t hold the energy state. It’s too much work to hold the space. Rather. Let the space hold you. This is practicing the art of receiving.
When your practice the art of receiving into your heart and brain, it allows you to be in divine right timing. We each do our own upgrade.

Techniques for increasing receiving
- Say I now choose to receive…(Love, health or wealth). Say whatever you would like to receive. Say it 3 times. You could also say I choose to receive receiving.
- Breath in slowly and out slowly as you count to 7 seconds. Do this 7 times. Feel the energy of receiving as you inhale and feel the letting go as you exhale.
