A Fortune Cookie
I found an old fortune cookie in the pantry when I threw out some leftover food from Chinese takeout. I wondered, what is my fortune today? The cookie said, “The life of every woman and man—the heart of it—is pure and holy Joy.” Okay, I said. Let’s play in Joy today. How fortunate and Joyful.

Why does the rose sing? For the joy of it.
Glory is a celebration. Why do we celebrate? Because we can. It feels good. It releases chemicals that make us happy and more productive. We celebrate our breath, our bodies, our lives, and each other. We celebrate the earth, the Universe, and God. Why? Because we can. We celebrate not just on holidays but every day and every moment. With each breath, we celebrate that we can celebrate. We celebrate and the Universe celebrates us back. Party on!
This seems especially true this time of the year. My husband and I both have birthdays this week. And we seem to celebrate from now through New Years. And maybe even beyond that because there is always the Superbowl. And we are green bay packer fans!
Try the following body of joy exercise:
Technique: Joy Jumpsuit
Zip off your energetic body as if it were a jumpsuit. Step out of it. Set up three separate laundry tubs. Into each of the tubs place liquid Peace, Love, and Joy. Give each of the liquids a color. Such as blue, red and pink. Dip the garment that is your energetic body into each of the tubs, wringing it out in between each dip. Wring out the excess. After all, you wouldn’t want to step into too much Joy. Step back into your jumpsuit body and zip it up the front. Enjoy your new body. Is it lavender?
I have figured out some new points from your site about computer systems. Another thing I have always imagined is that laptop computers have become something that each home must have for most reasons. They supply you with convenient ways in which to organize the home, pay bills, search for information, study, focus on music and perhaps watch shows. An innovative method to complete all of these tasks is a notebook. These personal computers are mobile, small, powerful and lightweight.
