Combining channel breathing with the Morning Prayer
This morning I decided to combine Dr. Sue Morter’s channel breathing with my morning prayer. I’m getting better at channel breathing. I’m going about my day while taking notice at every breath I can remember to do.
The words worked perfectly with the channeling as I brought in each one and saw them for the energy that they are and I am. Peace love joy beauty healing harmony grace communication abundance gratitude magic bliss truth divine perfection cocreation power glory magnificence breath caring freedom laughter intent presence purpose wisdom and wonder. Each of these is an energy that can be felt and danced with. I breathed in I am that down and up the channel.
I saw the energy of I am coming in and going into the earth. The energy from the earth was different from the energy of heaven. In what way? After a few channel breaths. I decided to stoke the fires with breath of fire. I would call it the bellows breath. I stoked my fires and then I made the sound of home. And I played with the sound that I call my didgeridoo. A few more channel breaths and then I decided to work on some areas of pain.
Breath of fire into pain
First my hip. A few channel breaths and then I breathed my hip. A brief remembrance of fear leaving. I stoked the fires seeing the in and out of the energy in the point in my hip. I did a few other pain points. next my left shoulder blade. And then I decided to fire breath my left shoulder blade. I did the fire breath as I squeezed into the point of pain. And then I relaxed and hummed it in place. I stoked the fires in several places including my jaw and wrist. The more I noticed, the more pain points appeared for stoking. I did several and then took a deep breath, ran a few channel breaths and then shook it out and let out a sigh.
Now I see inside and outside. And If I give it the bellows breath, there will be no difference between the inside and the outside. We exist in both places at the same time.
