I had a dream a couple of nights ago where

Dream
I place my hands on a person’s head. One hand on each side and I heal them. Then I scoot my butt across the room. I am half levitating and scooting and then I fly up into a corner of the room. I come back down to sit next to Rikka. We chat and I seem to be looking for her approval. She scoots over away from me on the bench. I scoot over closer to her and then she scoots over to another bench. I am congratulating myself for finally flying up into the corner of the room. It is an action that I have been trying to do and have done several times. I am pleased with myself. But I don’t quite understand Rikka’s reaction.
I was talking to my friend Leslie yesterday. I told her about my dream, and we discussed the need for approval. We both shared instances where we were looking for approval. True approval has to come from within. It cannot come from outside of us. There is a resistance that happens when someone comes up to us and desperately wants our approval. Many times we turn away from them. Citing some reason that we don’t approve. Or we give them our approval even if we don’t mean it. They turn away never satisfied with or without our approval because the real approval has to come from inside of themselves. Looking at the need for approval turned me to looking at need and the need for need.
I looked at the need for need. It is a lot like the resistance to resistance. When we resist something, it stays around longer than when we just let it go. So how do we stop resisting resistance? We let it all go. It is the same with need. How do we not need to need? We let it go. We simply let go of the need for need. Do I need approval. Yes. I think there was a bit of need there. Approval has to be something that we can receive or not receive, and it doesn’t matter. Thankyou for your approval and thankyou for your disapproval. It doesn’t matter. Only when it doesn’t matter can we truly move on. Move on to what? Move on to the next true thing on our path. But path to where. I guess it’s just the path home to ourselves. Which is where we already are. Nowhere to go. Just to enjoy where we are.
Sacred technology: let go of the need for approval
- Let go of the need for approval. Let go of the need for anything. Allow it to be okay if you get approval or you don’t get approval. Approve of yourself for letting go of the need for approval. You can fill in the blank with any need you have.
- Then let go of the need for need. How? Just say I now let go of the need for needing.

Peace.
I have been playing with the energy of peace. It is one of the colors or energies of God/Source. Even if we hold or have peace inside of us, we can’t project it out. That is not the way to offer peace to the world. Or spread our peace if we find that we have it and want to share it. I have chosen to hold and share it with the world right now because I believe that the world could use some Peace energy right now.
So how does spreading peace occur? It radiates out from the individual who has so much peace inside of them that it leaks and overflows. It radiates out when we have that much peace. We don’t really gather it up and send it out. We simply are it and it radiates out. How do we become it? We become it by seeing peace in all things around us. If we don’t see it, we can ask to be shown the peace that surrounds us. And when we ask, we are shown it.
When Peace is what we see, then peace is what exists. It shines forth as we interact with all that surrounds us. When we look at two people seeming to have an argument and stand in peace. The argument stops. They will turn to look at us. Maybe even forgetting what they were arguing about. Or maybe it no longer is so important. When we stand in peace, we are no longer able to argue with ourselves. We simply step forward and take the right action. How do we know it it’s the right action? Because we are at peace.
This may seem like circular reasoning. But it is the nature of co-creation. We choose and then we become what we choose. And then we choose from what we have become. It is both a self-fulfilling prophesy and a chicken and egg question.
Sacred Technology: Peace
Ask God to show you what peace feels, looks and tastes like. Listen. Experience. Then go about your day and ask: where is the peace in that? What does peace look like here? Watch as you become more peaceful. What happens around you?
Now you have a choice.
- You can comment.
- You can share.
- You can implement.
I would prefer it if you implemented. But I will be happiest if you do all three. Please join the Joy Project Community by leaving your email address below.
